Working His Androgyny
Some of the men that you see in and around Lincoln Center during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week used to make me do a double take.
Was that a man? Was that a woman? Was that a??? Some times, there is just no answer.
Now, it is what it is. Gender bending on a larger than life scale. Or maybe androgyny would be a better description.
When I spotted this gent, I kind of chased him down but not really. He was actually with a group of other similarly fashioned Negroes but he stood out. Maybe that’s because he was like 6’2” or taller.
Whatever the case, I say this guy was working his look.

He’s definitely working his look for sure. I love his tattoos visible thru his shirt.
You know, I did not notice the tattoos until I scanned the film. It is cool.
