The Graduate

My baby cousin Precious Jules, graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in philosophy & history today after 4 short intense years. The years really blasted by & he wasted no time taking advantage of his full academic scholarship.

Since Precious Julian could talk he was super annoying as I told him so yesterday at lunch. I mean this boy got on my last nerve. That’s probably because he’s so smart & so much younger than me. My patience for young people is just not there.

Over the last several years, I have enjoyed watching Precious Jules develop into an OUTSTANDING Black man and I’m sooooo excited to see what the future holds for him.

After today, I am super pumped about my own graduation 1 year from now!!!

One a funny note, my aunt asked me if I could take photos at the graduation for her & of course I said yes. When she picked me up today, I grabbed my camera bag & we were off.

When we got to the stadium, I realized that I didn’t add memory cards to the bag after my last assignment. Ooooopppssssss! Luckily my iPhone came to the rescue.

I actually love the iPhone camera & the photo quality. When my aunt saw the quality, she was cool, but she was PISSED when I couldn’t use my workhorse camera.

I just know that I need to stop making these rookie mistakes.
